    Open can. Heat. Fry tortilla. Top.
  4. Pasta with broccoli & sausage — Smitten Kitchen 25 min
    One pot.
  5. Cacio e pepe — Bon Appétit 15 min
    Three ingredients. Hard to do well; worth learning.
  6. Sheet-pan salmon + asparagus — NYT Cooking 20 min
    400°F, twelve minutes.
  7. Tacos al pastor (cheating version) — Half Baked Harvest 30 min
    Pork tenderloin + pineapple.
  8. Stir-fried green beans — Made With Lau 10 min
    Garlic, soy, sesame oil.
  9. Egg fried rice — Kenji's at Serious Eats 10 min if rice is cold
    The trick is high heat.
